Products or Services
Use of Kingasterisk’s services enables our customers to make, control, track, monitor, record conference calls and interactive voice response calls. A list of our services is available at https://kingasterisk.com/services/ that you can read about which services we provide. Kingasterisk is engaged in the business of information and technology services and is the owner of inherently developed in-house software and original business methods related to cloud communication services. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Right to Use the Product
Kingasterisk has agreed to grant to you a non- exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you agree to use the Service subject to such terms and conditions. Customers will promptly notify Kingasterisk if it becomes aware of any breach of the terms of the End User Agreement that may affect Kingasterisk. Customers will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services and notify Kingasterisk promptly of any such unauthorized access or use.
Kingasterisk will not be able to create any right or interest in the Exophone Numbers in favour of International Customers or its Authorized Users under this Agreement, except for the limited purpose of accessing and using the Product.
We transmit Messages initiated by you or your End Users, through different routes, and the level of reliability and support for special features varies according to the route.
Limitation of Liability
Kingasterisk Technologies will not be liable to Customer or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill. We utilise electronic and physical security to reduce the risk of improper access to or manipulation of Customer Data during transmission and storage.
The service and all services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. The laws of some states or jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the exclusion and limitations set forth above may not apply to customers.
