The dashboard serves as the main spot for all the important numbers. We made it so you can pick and choose what info you see, and it updates live, so admins can quickly react and keep things running smoothly.
Account Details
The ‘Account Details’ section within this custom theme provides a clear and concise overview of user information, including balances, login history, and contact details. This improves how easily administrators can manage things.
Search Customer Details
The custom theme includes a robust customer search interface, designed for intuitive navigation and rapid retrieval of customer data. This empowers Alotel administrators to provide faster, more personalized support.
Generate Customer
With this theme, we added a ‘Generate Customer’ section that makes it simple to set up and keep track of customer accounts. You can easily enter their billing details and choose the services they use.
Modification
In-depth modifications to the existing portal structure. The website needed a fresh look, so we reworked its organization, color scheme, and user flow. Plus, we built in some unique tools to make it more personal.
